Your Sapphic Compass Spa Day begins at midday. Arrive at Frimley Hall, meet your fellow Compass women and get checked in before slipping into your robe, slippers and spa mode for the afternoon.

The afternoon is yours to relax and enjoy the spa and leisure facilities. Take a dip in the pool, unwind in the steam room or simply find a quiet spot to relax and catch up with the group.

At your allocated time, enjoy a 25 minute massage and let some of that everyday tension melt away. The rest of the group can continue enjoying the spa while appointments take place.

We’ll come together for a delicious afternoon tea, with a selection of sandwiches, cakes and sweet treats. It’s the perfect opportunity to chat, get to know your fellow Compass women and round off the day together.

• Three hour access to spa facilities, including pool, steam room and relaxation areas

• 25 minute ELEMIS or ishga massage

• Use of fluffy robes, towels and slippers.

Secure your place today with a non-refundable £50 reservation deposit. The remaining balance will be invoiced via email and is payable 2 weeks before the event.

Prefer to tick it off your list? You can pay the full event cost at the time of booking and relax knowing everything is taken care of.

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once your reservation deposit or full payment has been received.

• Reservation deposits are non-refundable.

• If paying by deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on your invoice (2 weeks before event start date).

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation by You

• The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Sapphic Compass

• Sapphic Compass reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip if minimum participant numbers are not reached or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• In the event that Sapphic Compass cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund of any payments made to Sapphic Compass. We are not responsible for costs incurred outside your booking with us, such as travel arrangements

Travel

• Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the event location.

• Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point by the published meeting time. Sapphic Compass cannot be responsible for delayed or cancelled travel.

Health & Participation

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in the activities included within the itinerary.

• Any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements should be disclosed before start date so we can make reasonable arrangements where possible.

• While every effort is made to provide a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience, Sapphic Compass cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, personal injury or additional costs arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
