Our chapters are designed for sapphic women who value connection, curiosity and a considered pace of travel. You don’t need to be an experienced traveler — just open, respectful and comfortable traveling in a small group.

Each chapter has a dedicated page outlining the destination, dates and experience. Interested guests apply first. Applications are reviewed personally and selected guests receive an invitation to confirm their place and proceed with payment.

We screen applications to keep each chapter intentional and well-matched. Small group travel works best when expectations, pace and values are aligned. Screening helps create a comfortable, welcoming experience for everyone.

No. Submitting an application expresses interest but does not guarantee a place. If selected, you’ll receive an email with next steps. If not, you may be invited to future chapters.

Group sizes are intentionally small, typically around 8–12 people, depending on the chapter. This allows for ease, connection, and a more personal experience.

Each chapter includes a friendly Compass Leader, accommodation, select activities and curated experiences outlined on the chapter page. Flights, travel insurance and some meals are typically not included unless stated otherwise.

Payment details are shared after your application is approved. Payments are made securely via Stripe. Full details, including timelines and any deposit options, will be clearly explained before payment is required.

Cancellation terms vary by chapter and are outlined before payment. Because chapters are small and carefully planned, cancellations may incur fees.

Yes. We aim to create welcoming, respectful environments where guests feel safe and seen. Mutual respect and consideration for others are essential to every chapter.

Most guests join solo! Chapters are designed to foster natural connection without pressure or expectation. Prior to meeting your fellow Compassers you will be added to a private Whatsapp group and one week before the Chapter launch there will be an opportunity to join a video call to put faces to names.

Yes. While chapters include shared experiences, there is always space for personal time, rest or independent exploration.
