Your journey begins in the heart of Florence, where you'll meet your fellow travellers before enjoying a private transfer through the rolling Tuscan countryside to our exclusive villa. Settle into your new home before gathering for a relaxed welcome evening, complete with a beautifully prepared three-course Tuscan dinner by your private chef—the perfect start to an unforgettable few days together.

Day 2 | Florence & Chianti

Ease into the day with a leisurely brunch in Florence before enjoying free time to wander its charming streets, browse local boutiques or simply soak up the city's atmosphere. In the afternoon, venture into the heart of Chianti for a boutique vineyard experience, where you'll discover the region's renowned wines against a backdrop of rolling vineyards. Return to Florence for dinner before travelling back to the villa by private transfer.

Day 3 | Slow Living in Tuscany

Today is all about embracing the slower pace of Tuscan life. Enjoy a chef-prepared breakfast before spending the day unwinding by the pool, exploring the local surroundings or simply relaxing at the villa. A fresh buffet lunch will be served before the evening comes alive with a hands-on pizza-making experience, led by a local pizzaiolo who'll bring authentic Italian flavours directly to the villa.

Day 4 | Discover Florence

After another leisurely morning, return to Florence for brunch and time to explore at your own pace. In the afternoon, uncover the city's rich history and hidden gems on a guided walking tour led by a knowledgeable local guide. Round off the day with dinner in Florence before returning to the villa for one final evening together.

Day 5 | Until Next Time

Enjoy a final chef-prepared breakfast overlooking the Tuscan countryside before saying your goodbyes. A private transfer will return the group to central Florence, leaving you with unforgettable memories, meaningful connections and a little piece of Tuscany to take home with you.

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once your reservation deposit or full payment has been received.

• Reservation deposits are non-refundable.

• If paying by deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on your invoice (6 weeks before departure unless otherwise advised).

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation by You

• The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel after paying your balance, refunds will be considered in accordance with our cancellation policy and may depend on whether your place can be resold.

Cancellation by Sapphic Compass

• Sapphic Compass reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip if minimum participant numbers are not reached or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• In the event that Sapphic Compass cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund of any payments made to Sapphic Compass. We are not responsible for costs incurred outside your booking with us, such as flights, travel insurance or other personal travel arrangements.

Itinerary

• The itinerary is designed as a guide and may be subject to change.

• Activities, restaurants, timings, transport, suppliers or the order of events may change due to weather, availability, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will always be made with the aim of delivering an experience of equal or greater quality.

Accommodation

• Guests booking a Shared Twin Room will be paired with another guest of the same room type..

• Private Double Room Upgrades are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel

• Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the designated meeting point in Florence unless otherwise stated.

• Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point by the published meeting time. Sapphic Compass cannot be responsible for missed departures due to delayed or cancelled travel.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should include cover for medical expenses, personal belongings, cancellations and travel disruption.

Health & Participation

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in the activities included within the itinerary.

• Any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements should be disclosed before departure so we can make reasonable arrangements where possible.

• While every effort is made to provide a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience, Sapphic Compass cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, personal injury or additional costs arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
